Microsoft Windows Store as of now shows both Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL as coming soon on its website for Indian customers and were earlier expected to arrive till Diwali. The unique selling point for these handsets is that they are powered with Windows 10 Mobile. In US market, the Lumia 950 is costing $549 and the bigger counterpart, Lumia 950 XL is priced at $ 649.

Both these handsets share almost the same configuration with a difference in screen size. Lumia 950 has a 5.2-inch QHD display while the later has a 5.7-inch display. Both of these handsets are equipped with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of Internal Storage expandable upto 200 GB through microSD card. The handsets sports a 20 megapixel primary camera and 5 mega pixel front camera for the selfie people.

One of the cool things about these handsets is that they feature iris scanner - that will unlock your phone by scanning your eyes. Microsoft has named this feature as Windows Halo. Cortana is still under Beta phase and in coming days, we can expect a much clever personal assistant.

Do you reside in India? Does the release day delay frustrates you? Tell us in the comments.
