Windows 10 Technical Preview failed? Return to Windows Phone 8.1 from Windows 10 Technical Preview

Lumia Software Recovery ToolMicrosoft has released Windows 10 Technical Preview where you can test and see the latest features as released for Windows Phone 10. However, the releases are not stable and sometimes can even crash your phone. The case happened to me when I tried to update my Liumia 625 to Windows 10 technical preview and my phone stopped booting. I tried hard reset my Lumia 625 but that too didn't work since it do not anymore rollback to Windows 8.1.

As a result, my phone became just a piece of hardware and I was clueless. The only option left for me was to run to a Nokia Service Center, pay a nominal fee and update my firmware to Windows 8.1 Denim. Interestingly, I got to know a utility released by Nokia, that helped me return to Windows Phone 8.1 from Windows 10 Technical Preview. The Windows Phone Recovery Tool, helped me in getting my Lumia 625 back in a working condition. Interestingly, Lumia Software Recovery Tool works even when the Windows Phone is not responding at all and is non-bootable.
